Hey everyone, Hope Carpenter here! I hope you enjoyed that juicy conversation between Ron and myself. We talked about some real deep stuff, didn’t we? But you know what? It’s important to have those conversations because they bring us closer to God and help us grow in our faith.
One thing that really stood out to me in our discussion was the idea of owning our mistakes. We all mess up, we all fall short, but the key is to have a repentant heart and to come back to God with a humble spirit. As Ron said, it’s not about being perfect, it’s about the upward journey. We’re all works in progress, constantly striving to be better.
I loved the example of the prodigal son that Ron shared. Even when we feel unworthy, God still sees us as his beloved children. He’s always ready to welcome us back with open arms, no matter how far we’ve strayed. That’s the beauty of God’s grace and mercy.
So, if you’re feeling ashamed or unworthy because of your past mistakes, I want you to know that God loves you just as you are. He sees your heart, he knows your struggles, and he is always ready to forgive and restore you. Don’t let shame or guilt hold you back from coming to God. Run to him with your chains, not from him.
I hope this blog post has encouraged you and reminded you of God’s unending love and grace. Remember, you are loved, you are cherished, and you are never too far gone to come back to God. Keep pressing onward in your faith journey, knowing that God is always by your side.
Until next time, stay blessed and keep seeking God’s presence in your life!
