GREETERS offers warm welcomes and friendly interactions, creating a positive atmosphere and making everyone feel at home at Redemption.

INFO BOOTH: NEW HERE/I DECIDED welcomes guests, makes them feel like VIPs, and provides information, registration, and building guidance with a focus on hospitality and service. 

GOLF CART DRIVER provides safe, convenient rides to the kids/main building, welcoming new families and making them feel at home with a helpful and engaging attitude. 

PARKING welcomes (first time) guests through waving, smiling, and helping conduct parking. 

SANCTUARY READINESS prepares the sanctuary for Sunday services, on Thursdays from 9:30-11:30 am. Tasks include setting up offering tables, paper items, reserve signs, and more. If you have 1-2 hours on Thursday mornings, we’d love your help! 

MAKE IT HAPPEN works behind the scenes solving problems, from simple tasks to building things from scratch. 

DJ (San Jose only) sets the atmosphere from the parking lot to the building! We focus on leadership and music/worship and welcome all skill levels! 

KIDS ministry aims to Grow Kids God’s Way, teaching Bible lessons, praying, celebrating milestones, and leading kids to Jesus in every situation. Join us with babies, littles, elementary kids, or at check-in! 

YOUTH face significant challenges to their faith, and we’re here to support them through Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday events. We need your help creating safe spaces, personal conversations, and small group teachings. Commit to Fridays, Wednesdays, Sundays, or all three!  

HOPE CARPENTER MINISTRIES help guide mentorship initiatives, create inspiring online content, and organize impactful women’s events, bringing the ministry’s mission of hope and empowerment to life! 

LIFE GROUP LEADER or ADMIN will impact lives by hosting a time for others to flourish and grow in God! Come build amazing relationships and see God use you!  

REDEMPTION OUTREACH serves both locally, offering support through partnerships and outreach, and globally through mission trips focused on sustainable development and education. We strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus, through love and transformation!

WORSHIP this team changes lives through song in the presence of God. 

WATCHMEN / SAFETY team is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for our church family by providing vigilant security and respond to emergencies 

MEDICAL provides compassionate care as the first point of contact for medical assistance, creating a warm, welcoming environment. 

USHERS assist with seating, direct guests, manage offering flow, distribute supplies, maintain order, and support during altar calls and special events. 

FACILITIES works behind the scenes solving problems, from simple tasks to building things from scratch.

HOSPITALITY creates a welcoming and excellent experience. Making all feel at home through a heart of service! 

SERVE CENTRAL supports Dream Teamers by offering check-in, coffee, and snacks to energize them. We influence those who impact everyone walking through our doors. 

LOUNGE 105/315 creates a welcoming, fun space for first-time visitors to enjoy coffee or relax, and for regulars to connect. If you love coffee, apparel, or meeting new people, this place is for you!

REDWORSHIP MERCH will handle sales, help set-up/take down and provide amazing customer service.
